For your first visit, please come 15 minutes early to fill out your CONFIDENTIAL client forms.
*If you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to extend that time for you. We will do our best to accomodate you, but we can not guarantee a complete service time if you are late.
Clothing should be comfortable and easy to remove if needed.
Facial treatments: You will change into a spa wrap and get comfy under the sheets and blanket.
Body Wraps: You will receive pre and post treatment instructions. There is a shower if needed.
Laser Hair Removal/Vein Removal: Appropriate draping as needed is provided.
Pets: Only vision-assisting pets are allowed.
Children: We love children, but in order to ensure your comfort and the comfort of others, we ask that you not bring children under the age of 13, unless they too have an appointment.
CellPhones/Pagers: Please remember to turn off during your treatment so that you can relax without distraction. If there is a babysitter issue or emergency then we understand, and ask that you put it on "vibrate".
Payment Policy: Visa, Master Card, Cash, (special low interest financing Coming Soon).
Refund Policy: ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS for services-EXCHANGES ONLY.
Should you be that rare individual and be displeased with any service; we will compensate you with another service of equal value.* There are NO refunds on product sales; exchanges only. We only use quality products and provide quality service. There is no problem that can not be resolved with proper dialogue and respectful communication.
Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours cancellation notice. Giving less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a $25 fee.
