Luna Fitness's training program focuses on a woman's ever-changing physical, emotional, and nutritional needs throughout her monthly cycle. Empowering women by helping them understand and appreciate the importance of their menstrual cycles, the program is designed to reduce and/or eliminate the emotional and physical symptoms that they have. In summary, Luna Fitness's program combines custom meal plans, corrective stretching, resistance training, cardiovascular training, and deep breathing exercises that are critical in acquiring optimal health. It is Luna Fitness's goal to help every woman obtain homeostasis.
